HALLOWEEN RETURNS AND EXCHANGESAll items sold in our online store are subject to the below stated return policy, with the exception of: Halloween Costumes and Accessories. Halloween Costumes and Accessories may be returned or exchanged subject to our standard return policy until October 15th, 2017. Any Halloween Costume or accessory received by us after October 15th is "Final Sale" and will be refused. So, if you place your order after, or even a few business days before the 15th, consider your purchase to be Final Sale, since time will not permit a return before the 15th. If you need to exchange your costume or accessory for a different available size (in the same style you purchased), you will be required to contact us via email at email@example.com before shipping back your Halloween costume - this is to insure that we have the size you wish to exchange for available. Any Halloween costumes sent back to us without our authorization will be refused and shipped back to you. All Halloween Costumes, and the Accessories that were purchased for use with the costumes - including shoes - are subject to the above stated policies. Please remember that your order is a contract - and by ordering from us you understand and agree to all of our store policies.
Returnable items must be in "Sellable Condition". In short, this means that we must receive your returned item in the same condition you received it. In detail, this means that worn, soiled, altered, or damaged items, or items in soiled or damaged packaging, will not be accepted, and will be shipped back to you. We will accept hosiery returns on unopened packages only. Packages must arrive at our offices within 14 days from the time you received your order. After 14 days, store credit will be issued without exception.
When Returning an item, PLEASE be sure to send using delivery confirmation. We cannot be responsible for any returned packages lost by the post office. If you add delivery confirmation to your return, your package will be trackable, and will serve as evidence of mailing.
Under no circumstances will we accept refused (Includes "undeliverable" and "return to sender") packages for return. Refused orders will be restocked, and you will be issued store credit for the cost of the item only. Any ship charges are non-refundable. Orders must be mailed to us as stated above in order for your return to be processed. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for your credit/exchange/refund to be processed.
Merchandise Exchange PolicyOur return policy is exchange only. No cash refunds, including payment by check or money order, or credit card charge backs.
You may exchange all unworn / unused merchandise with all tags attached in the original packaging within 15 days (with the exception of seasonal items) of receiving items - with a copy of your invoice - for an exchange, minus shipping.
Stockings are not exchanged if taken out of original packaging. Thong and crotchless panties are not returnable / exchangeable. Regular panties are exchangeable if the original tags are still attached. Items from the Toy Catalog are not returnable / exchangeable under any circumstances. Videos, DVD's, Music and books are not exchangeable if packaging is opened.
Exchange InstructionsCarefully package the unworn / unused items to be exchanged and enclose instructions (including a copy of your packing slip or invoice) indicating what you would like to have exchanged.
If there is a difference in price between the items you are exchanging, your credit card will be either credited or charged for the difference.
Exchanges take about 15 days to process. Allow an additional 5 days to receive your exchange.
